THE TEAM
STRACEY
With over 30 years of world class experience as an industry veteran, Stracey has had training across Las Vegas, California and Miami and has been sought after across the film and fashion industries for her signature colour transformations. Stracey leads LIFT’s colour program as a Redken certified colour specialist and specializes in colour correction and creation, extensions and blonde hair.
MAIKO
Maiko has been hairstyling since she was 18 and has been hot on the fashion circuit traveling across Milan, New York, Paris and LA since. Known for her fashion-forward, meticulous and edgy Japanese vibes, she specializes in cuttng, colouring, styling and dramatic look changes.
HEIDI
Coming from a family of hair stylists, Heidi started working as her mother’s assistant at the age of 15 and continued on to beauty school. Vidal Sassoon trained, Heidi specializes in men’s and women’s haircuts as well as professional styling and finishing. Heidi has worked all over the world, including Miami, Los Angeles and finally, Toronto. Her continued passion is what makes her the name that is so sought after at LIFT.
MARIA
Maria entered the beauty industry in 1994 and has been traveling and styling ever since. From film festivals to fashion shows, her talent has taken her around the world. She’s certified by Redken, L’Oreal, Sebastian, Schwartzkof, to name a few. Maria specializes in a range of looks but truly excels as colour (especially blondes!).
JIM
A celebrated Toronto stylist with nearly 40 years of professional experience, Jim was a regarded educator at the Hair Design Centre with a wealth of technical expertise and competitive success.
Jim specializes in men’s cutting as well as full services including colour and styling with an unrivalled eye for detail.
LAURENCE
The youngest hairstylist student to attend the Aveda Academy, Laurence graduated from the Aveda Institute of Canada at XX (insert age) and never looked back (except to check your hair). Laurence specializes in colour and is affectionately referred to by the LIFT client community as the absolute "best balayage and ombre stylist” we have.
